Why we started Clean Pandas
Clean Pandas began with a frustration most business owners in Montréal will recognise. Too many cleaning companies start strong, then quietly begin cutting corners or stop showing up altogether. You end up managing the very people who were meant to make your life easier.
So we built the opposite: a commercial-only cleaning company that is dependable to the point of being boring, treats your space with the care we would want for our own, and actually answers when you call.
We work exclusively with businesses. No residential routes and no side jobs squeezed between houses, just offices, clinics, retail spaces and work sites that need the same standard on every visit.
The name says it best. The panda is thorough and particular, yet calm and easy to have around. That is how we like our cleaning to feel: precise where it counts, and never a source of stress.

Are you a commercial cleaning company or a maid service?
Commercial only. We clean offices, clinics, retail, gyms, schools, warehouses and construction sites across Greater Montréal. We do not offer residential housekeeping.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Clean Pandas is insured and bonded, and we provide a certificate of insurance with your facility named as an additional insured before the first visit.
How do you vet your cleaners?
Every team member is background-checked, trained on our checklist and products, and works in uniform. You see the same faces visit after visit, not a rotating cast.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We quote a flat price and keep the agreement simple. If we do not deliver, you should be free to leave, and our re-clean guarantee is there long before it gets to that.

Do you work in French?
